Piper Center for Creative Writing at Arizona State University for the 2nd annual Meet Your Literary Community, Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Phoenix Public Market (721 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004).
Meet Your Community is a miniature festival featuring raffles, readings, pop-up performances, flash workshops, writing groups, and other activities from over 50 local authors and literary organizations across a variety of genres and forms, including poets, novelists, literary journals, public libraries, publishers, non-profits, poetry orchestras, improv, typerwriter collectors, theatre troupes, book artists, mysteries, romance, music, art, bookstores, spoken word, Spanish-language literature, podcasters, children's books, zinesters, comic strips, and more.
